My
Story
Pulse With Purpose was inspired by my younger sister, whose journey has shaped my understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through her experiences, I witnessed firsthand the importance of accessible health education, inclusive wellness opportunities, and strong community support systems.
What began as a personal passion has grown into a mission to help individuals with I/DD and their caregivers access the tools, resources, and education they need to thrive. I believe that every person deserves the opportunity to pursue a healthy, fulfilling life, regardless of ability.
As Miss Laurens County and a delegate for Miss South Carolina, I have been given the privilege of sharing this mission with a broader audience and connecting with individuals, families, healthcare professionals, and advocates across our state. Pulse With Purpose serves as a hub for nutrition education, adaptive wellness resources, and community support, all rooted in the belief that health and opportunity should be accessible to everyone.
Together, we can build a future where individuals of all abilities are empowered to live healthy, meaningful, and purpose-filled lives.
